System uses IoT based iBeacon BLE devices that are implemented within the premises. These iBeacon devices are used to determine the location of Stewards at any point of time based on which requests are assigned to them.
Guests can generate a service request by calling front desk or respective departments, each department having their own dashboard to log the service request and track its status.
Each request received by respective departments is logged in the system and allotted to available stewards based on their proximity.
Once the request is logged in the system, it finds the nearest available steward based on proximity to location and allots him the job.
Steward receives the request with all details on his mobile app, he gets 30 seconds to accept the request, else it passes to next available steward.
Steward arrives at the location where request was generated, to take up request items and request fulfilment starts.
